Agree with all of the above. Many here might say that he was a borderline Hall of Fame coach. And he certainly became a caricature of himself as time went on. It is interesting that, as the Cardinals points were (of course) scored on two safeties, all the scoring for both teams was done when Racine had the ball.

I don't remember him well but he was respected on the 49ers and in the Bay Area.
