Re: Hypothetical Coaching Question
Interesting question. First, one of my best friends - and former High School teammate - actually did play for Glanville, in college. I imagine I would want to play for Lombardi, or Parcells. I like to win, I respect the 'authority' position of the head coach, I'm not worried at all that I'de break m...

Re: TOP QBs of TODAY
Always seems QB lists are compiled by people who never played the position and/or don't know what being a QB entails. So? I never played quarterback. Would my list (if I did one) be automatically dismissed by ex-quarterback readers? You'll notice I said " or don't know what being a QB entails&...

Re: 1950's Detroit Lions

Re: Contributors in the PFHOF next year
The very fact that Steve Sabol is on this list and is not the first person to be considered is an indication that the entire program stinks. With the possible exception of Pete Rozelle, who has ever been more qualified as a "contributor" than Steve Sabol? The entire thing is a joke and si...

This. Never been easier to accumulate passing numbers.conace21 wrote:When you curve the performances, accounting for the different eras, Tittle's game is a clear cut #1. If you just take the numbers at face value, I still give Tittle a very slight edge.

Re: Why is CBS showing the Seattle Carolina game?
This season, as part of the renewed contracts with CBS and Fox, allows for some games to be flexed from what would normally a CBS telecast to Fox and vice versa. The purpose of the flexing is to balance the telecast schedules between Fox and CBS (so as an example, Fox doesn't have 9 games and CBS j...
