Double Bill in Detroit

Kinda weird...cuz of the snowstorm the Bills-Browns game will be played Sunday in Detroit, and then the Bills play in Detroit four days later on Turkey Day. We hardly ever see Buffalo in this neck of the NFL woods, and now they're like the guest who won't leave.

Sad that bad-weather games are pretty much a thing of the past.

I just noticed this exact fact a few hours ago... and got to wondering how many times a team played back to back games not in their home stadium. The Bills played back to back games in Met Life Stadium weeks 1 & 2 of the 2019 season. There's also the situation of the Saints "home" games during the 2005 season.

Coincidentally...the '58 Browns-Giants at Yankee Stadium.

Also interesting to note Ralph Wilson was from Detroit and the Bills wore uniforms similar to the Lions in their first couple of seasons.

The colors were also similar to the Bisons/Bills of the AAFC.

The 49ers played more games in the Jets stadium than did the Jets in the first three weeks of the 2020 season.

There have been several times where a team played in Giants or Metlife Stadium in consecutive weeks vs the Jets and Giants.

Can the Lions win four in a row against the Bills ? How long has it been since they had a four game winning streak ? With the Rams --and Stafford--having a bad season, they may get a very high draft pick as well ... has Campbell finally turned this ship around, or just a spoiler role ?

I hope Campbell is able to find success there. For some reason a segment of the football media has seemed to target him from the get-go and have been pushing for his firing. No clue why they dislike him so much or who they wanted to get the job.
