If Justin Tucker is found out to be a true dirtbag is his HOF chances over?

Personally I think he's the best kicker I've ever seen even across eras. But obviously recent developments have complicated things. I'm already going to assume it's not going to end up going well for him given the amount of women that have come forward, and apparently this was a thing that had been happening the last decade (there are even old tweets/messages online from years back) but it was just kept hush-hush locally in Baltimore.

I'll put it this way. If Justin Tucker randomly decided to retire without any dark cloud now over his head, I think he'd get in even if he didn't play as long as some other notable kickers. His prime was that good. He's struggled recently, but whether or not he'd bounce back we might not know since his career could be over.

As it stands now, if he doesn't play again due to just not being able to get another opportunity does he get in? What do you think?

Like I said on the Jim Tyrer thread, Tucker will get a pass like Ray Lewis did. Though Lewis perjured himself and pressured his limo driver into perjuring himself--or was it lawyers from the Ravens?--he gets the benefit of a doubt from everyone. Even with potential CTE, Tyrer doesnt get that benefit, unless the voters stick to the written by-laws and finally elect him.

Tucker may need to settle quickly, before other buzzards join the feeding frenzy, so this can be forgotten quickly, but he still should make the HOF easily. How will it affect him psychologically? Will his kicking continue to suffer? Did the threats of litigation affect this past season?

Guilty or not, mistakes in dealing with therapists or not, future HOF kicker, Tucker has been released by the Ravens. I doubt he will retire, unless the evidence is overwhelming and teams wont touch him ... Who will give him his next shot?

A talked to a few voters in Feb, said they didn't think he's even HOFer. I think at his peak he's the goat (based on how much better he was than his peers) plus good distance and clutch ... plus 'alls'

He's started a late-career fade -- for me, he's #1 kicker, so if JS and MA are in ... but the one ding is 13 years --- in his era kickers go 20 years. ...

So if he didn't have these allegations, I think he'd like still get in, but would talk a while.

These things are so disappointing ... I liked him ... now, cannot ever feel the same.

Begs the question was the "max" kicking ... will anyone very have a career average of 90%? So close, but is there enough stuff that happens that after 13, 14 18 years that 90 isn't possible, meaning a kicker can do everything right, but with weather, blocks, had snaps and hold plus the fact kickers cannot be perfect even if everything is perfect ...
